    I love barbecue. I mean I really love barbecue. It's quite possibly my favorite food. I travel all across the USA for work (literally Miami to Seattle) and have made a point to stop at everyone's favorite BBQ spots all across the south.

    This place just made my top 3.

    The meat is delicious, spicy sauce has a real kick, coleslaw is fresh and not too sweet, and the staff is sweet as can be! Might be in a strip mall, but it feels like a proper BBQ shack none the less; a smoky haze hangs thickly in the air, full of the smell of satisfaction.

    Very good bbq, in fact the best I've had in Memphis. The sauce had a slight twang to it that created great flavor. The meat was nice and tender I was impressed. I was just as impressed with the fries.... oh my goodness the fries were delicious. They have seasoning on them that step up the French fry game like no other fry.
    I am from West Michigan and at times I drive all the way to Chicago to get good bbq. Big Bill's will definitely be my go to spot whenever I am in Memphis. I wish they'd tell me what's on those fries
    The service was great. The guy was very comical when telling us what we'd do when we tasted the bbq. The lady was very pleasant. Thanks for finally providing me with the most memorable bbq I've had in Memphis. Go see for yourself, you'll be glad you did.

    Worst BBQ I've ever had...the sauce is way to tangy...the turkey meat tastes artificial.

    Found this place driving by after shopping at local nike clearance store nearby. Checked the reviews and decided to give this place a try. They were out of briskets but got rib plate with potato salad and baked beans. Food was delivered fresh and hot. Got the bbq sauce in hot. It had a good strong hot kick to it. Overall good experience. Look forward to eatting here again when in Memphis area and after shopping at nike store.

    The brief: Best tasting bbq I have ever had. Small local place. Order at cashier and pick up plate when ready. BBQ was awesome. Had the rib sandwich which is exactly as it sounds, bones and all. One of the tastiest potatoes salads. A little on the sweet side which I liked. Very inexpensive for what you get.
    The Long: I ordered the rib sandwich plate. Comes with two slices of white bread with like four ribs with bone in middle. Messy but good. Easily Took meat off bones and put in a bbq sauce soaked bread. Awwww so good!  The place was filled with locals so we knew it had to be good. Pretty quick to get our food once we ordered. Long line to order food but seemed to go quick.
